Restaurant Server

We are looking for a kind, polished and passionate Restaurant Server to join our first-floor dining room team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a quality-led restaurant, strong food and drink knowledge, and excellent communication skills. They will be interested in responsible sourcing, passionate about hospitality, and committed to delivering warm, professional service.

‍Responsibilities

Offer warm and professional hospitality to all of our guests.

Guide guests through the food and drinks menus with confidence, care and attention to detail.

Deliver attentive and knowledgeable table service throughout lunch and dinner service.

Work closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless service.

Maintain an excellent understanding of menu ingredients, allergens, wine pairings and daily specials.

Prepare and reset the restaurant before, during and after service to a high standard.

Support the wider team in maintaining cleanliness, organisation and presentation throughout the restaurant.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care.

Maintain high standards of service at all times.

‍Requirements

Previous experience working in a similar role and environment.

A genuine interest in responsible food and drinks sourcing.

A passion for hospitality and guest experience.Strong food and drink knowledge, with an interest in learning more.

A positive, professional and team-focused attitude.

An awareness of and a genuine interest in the current UK hospitality industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
