The firstborn, named after local hero 17th century English botanist Nicholas Culpeper. The Culpeper is a restored East End Victorian pub over four floors, including a pub on the ground floor, a French bistro on the first floor, five bedrooms on the second floor, and a roof garden wood-fired grill on the top floor with a view of the city skyline.

Clerkenwell pub full of natural light and plants. A grade 2* listed building that’s been home to a pub since 1781 and was at some point home to the country’s first women’s boxing club. Bright, colourful ground floor and upstairs events space, with a thoughtfully curated selection of local beers, seasonal cocktails and low intervention wine list.

A 3,500 square foot plot of land at the end of Scawen road in Deptford. Includes a Dutch-style greenhouse, wildlife pond to encourage biodiversity and propagation greenhouse. Developing soil health and growing and harvesting delicious produce and flowers for the pubs and soil health following permaculture principles.
