This November we will be celebrating the arrival of 2025 Beaujolais Nouveau with a one-night-only French residency at The Buxton.
On 20th November, we will be joined by chef and co-owner Connie Zagora of renowned Lyon restaurant Le Kitchen, holder of a Michelin Bib since 2016. Alongside Séléné Beaujolais Nouveau from biodynamic producer Sylvère Trichard, Connie will be serving a four-course Lyonnaise feast.
Sylvère Trichard owns a tiny 4 hectares of biodynamically-farmed Gamay in Blacé, a small village in Beaujolais. His wine was one of the first to grace Le Kitchen’s wine list in 2013, and they’ve been firm friends ever since.
