Sundown Suppers on The Culpeper Rooftop

This Summer four of the UK's most exciting chefs are taking over the Culpeper rooftop grill. Join us for our first ever long-table dinner series starting in June.

This summer for the first time, we’re inviting some of the UK’s most exciting chefs to take over the Culpeper rooftop grill.

Once a month, a new chef will host a communal sunset dinner on our woodland rooftop with a 4-course menu inspired by seasonal produce grown on our farm and the rooftop. For the rest of the month, one of their dishes will remain on our rooftop menu as a wonderful souvenir of their time with us.  We’re kicking off our series in June with Ivan Tisdall-Downes. Founder of Green Michelin Star restaurant Native and Field Notes, self-taught chef Ivan’s cooking is shaped by a commitment to sustainability, particularly through ethical, environmentally conscious use of game and wild ingredients. Known for his creative, impactful yet elegant dishes, Ivan will be serving up 4-courses of early summer delights using seasonal local produce, sourced locally and from our own farm in Deptford. Expect the unexpected!

Guests will join us on the rooftop to enjoy the early evening sun, and begin with a custom welcome cocktail designed by Ivan. Then take their place on our long communal table under the silver birch trees, where dishes are shared between friends old and new. We will be serving drinks pairings, as well as offering our greenhouse private dining room as a Chef’s Table experience for groups of 8-10.
